This actually surprised us, normally we do not review animated features, but this one we did. (given the C.E.O. is a huge Spider-Man fan we had no choice) We were curious about the about this as its not an MCU offering, and Sony’s Spider-Man projects are rather hit or miss. That being said this was actually really good. Capturing character development (that is miss in all DCEU)

Though we were unable to review many films this year, due to our constant traveling, and a few secret projects. Television has always been something we can watch and review at our leisure.

10. Bodyguard 

Yet another British television series we loved, Bodyguard, follows Sergeant Bud, who has been tasked to protect the Home Secretary. A seemingly simple task, yet things quickly take a turn for the worse. Though it’s is only five episodes long each episode offers an increasingly more difficult circumstances that Sergeant Bud.

9. Causal

Causal was a show we truly enjoyed for these past years, but like all good things this year we saw it come to an end. The quirky show goes out with the usual unique

In the first season of Ozark we saw Marty creating a situation that would keep his family safe, and seemingly making it work….that was until Darlene shot Easi and his plan/life went back into turmoil.

Succession, was an unlikely candidate for our list this year, but a glimpse behind the veil of a truly wealth corrupt family is something you won’t forget anytime soon. The level of back stabbing each character stoops to is ever so shocking with each episode. While the end twist shows that when the chips falls, few members of the family might be out for good.

This year has brought us many new ventures, one of which has been the expansion of our Gaming Division. Though we played several console games this year, there were three that shops out as the best well one has a story that rivals most current films.

The Worst of 2018

With good comes the bad, and the year is no exception, though we found several things we liked about the year there were a few things we found their way to our worst of 2018 list.
