Travel Series: Paris
For our last an final visit in our Travel Series,we went to Paris, France. Commonly named the city for lovers,or the city of lights. We saw the sights, dinned out, and saw the most famous painting in the world.
One of the first locations we visited was the most famous landmark know the world over, the Eiffel Tower.
The view from the Eiffel Tower is amazing whether you use the telescopes on the upper level or just take in the sight with you own eyes it is quite a sight to see.
While visiting the Eiffel Tower we dinned at 58 Tour Eiffel in the lower level of the landmark, which was one of the many restaurants we went to on our trip.
We visited the Aquarium de Paris-Cineaqua as seen in the beautiful picture bellow.
We also visited the Trocadero Garden located directly in front of the Aquarium de Paris-Cineaqua, and enjoyed the tranquility and the many sculptures on display. One that we piratically liked was the La Jeunesse, which translates into English means “the youth”.
The Arc de Triophe can be seen in several Hollywood films throughout the past decades,and much like the Effile Tower is a staple in the Parisian sky line. Both massive and beautiful, the Arc de Triophe is a landmark we could not miss.
The statue of Marie Emile Fayolle located in front of the Les Invalidese,and Statue équestre de Simón Bolívar are two of many beautiful statues you will find throughout this beautiful city.
We also visited the Yves Saint Laurent exhibit, that showcased his first ever collection under his own name. Featuring various hand made items from the collection. (Read more)
Shortly after we visited Paris’ flagship Louis Vuitton store location on famed Avenue champ des Élysées, and we were pleasantly surprised to find they had a “Espace Culturel Louis Vuitton”. A museum of modern art of sorts location on site. (Read more)
The last and final stop our staff visited was the real reason we visited the world famous Musée du Louvre. By far the most famous museum in the world, and home to the worlds most famous painting….. the “Mona Lisa” by Leonardo da Vinci. Though not his only work housed inside this impressive museum , but it is one of his most celebrated. (Read more)
