The Punisher | Review

After an impressive introduction in the second season of Daredevil, Netflix quickly announced Frank Castle, a.k.a. The Punisher.

Like many of the fans of the series, we were very interested in seeing how Marvel would portray him in his solo series.

Pros:

• An impressive opening with Castle doing what he does best.
• The takedown of his targets are both brutal and extremely satisfying. (being that the majority of them all had a part in the Sae tha of Castle’s family.)
• The unique take on soldier’s mental health is both refreshing and something not only rarely spoken about but not spoken about in the superhero genre.

Cons:

• The slow pace of the first few episodes.
