Recently a trailer was released for “The Man & Le Mans” about the “King of Cool” himself ,Steve McQueen,the unique story of him and the Le Mans. The documentary features interviews and never-before-seen footage that remained untouched in basements and garages in Paris and Los Angeles, and exposes the audience to the driven, complex movie idol as he fought to make sure the film “Le Mans” would be made.For this occasion, Steve McQueen’s son, Chad McQueen, will be in Cannes to present the documentary alongside with the directors, John McKenna and Gabriel Clarke. Steve McQueen’s legacy is timeless. More than an actor, more than a pilot, he became a legend. Like TAG Heuer, he defined himself beyond standards and never cracked under pressure. His Monaco watch, with the black alligator skin strap and a stylish restro 60’s style, became iconic thanks to “Le Mans”.
