Amber is one of four Macallan single malts featured in their bold 1824 SERIES. This Single Malt quartet was matured exclusively in Sherry casks and the bottles bear no age statement. Amber is the 3rd darkest, so it’s believed to have been aged the longest after Sienna and Ruby. Amber is a fossilized tree resin which has been appreciated for its color and natural beauty since Neolithic times.
