Spectre | Review
The twenty-fourth Bond film, Spectre, finally makes its U.S. debt,and with the tone of Skyfall;
fans have been excited to see where the franchise will go next. This time we have been teased with a secret origination who’s been the source
of all the trouble Bond has deal
t with in the last three films, and with the a secret teased that Bond has ties to them has a very unique
plot.
It is no secret that here at TheLifeStyleElite.com, we are not fans of Skyfall raking it the among worst film list in 2012, but with this recent film it could possibly redeem the franchise to for many fans. The film starts out with Bond
in the crowds of El Dia de los Muertos celebration in Mexico City,
dressed in a all be it stylish black suit with a painted on skeleton on
it,a skull mask, and a top hat. Apart from this stylish suit there is an
air of chaos in the city. We find that Bond is in Mexico to look for
someone, much like the previous three films, Daniel Craig’s
interpretation of the world famous spy; is forever searching for
someone who killed the woman he loves. (All of which are seen in
beautifully shot Bond music intro sequence)
He follows a man who is also dressed for the day and in a opposite colored white suit playing on the life and death element of the festival. When Bond changes out of the outfit we see the first glimpse of
Tom Ford’s beautiful bespoke clothing
for Bond,and it doesn’t disappoint.
Pros:
- The opening scene is amazing
- Jinx’ fight scene with 007 is by far one of the best fight scenes in the franchise history.
- The locations are beautifully shot and unlike the other films shows more exotic location not seen in the previous three films.
Cons:
- The henchman Jinx role was far to short
- The end of the film Bond retires.
Final Verdict: The opening scene is worth the price of admission. See now and see it in IMAX
