French publisher Flammarion to release new Salvador Dalí coffee table book.
Although Salvador Dalí was most recognized for his painted works, this latest book on the surrealist icon examines his explorations of other media including literature, photography, film, and sculpture in addition to his development and influences as an artist. In addition to extensively covering Dalí’s life and aspirations throughout its 280 pages, the book also includes his influence on other contemporary artists such as Warhol, Koons, and Murakami. The monograph is respectfully written by Catherine Grenier, the chief curator of the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and published by French publisher Flammarion. It will be released on March 5.
