Montblanc’s latest Greatest Characters edition is a pen worthy of the Resolute Desk as it honors one of the most famed American Presidents, John F. Kennedy. The pen honors various chapters of Kennedy’s life from the dark blue resin that signifies his education to the rings which celebrate his military career as a WWII veteran to the three metal rings that represents his three brothers. Honoring his achievement of sending a man to the moon, the pen also features a pattern inspired by the first footsteps on the moon and an engraving of the lunar lander on the pen’s nib. The pens will be available in January 2015 and will each be limited to 3,000 pieces, the birth year of JFK.
