Earlier this year Tom Cruise, brought us ,Oblivion, a futuristic sci-fi thriller,and the summer of 2014 he will return with another blockbuster film. His latest sci-fi thriller ,Edge Of Tomorrow, is based on a Hiroshi Sakurazak novel “All You Need Is Kill”,and is directed by Borne Identity director,Doug Liman. The film follows Lt. Col. Bill Cage ,and Special Forces soldier Rita Vrataski as they team up to fight a hostile alien race known as ‘Mimics.’ Killed in battle, Cage returns to his first day as a recruit in an inexplicable time loop where his death and resurrection repeat themselves. A concept that makes this film very interesting, and an official inclusion of our annual “Summer Films Guide” to be reviewed. The Edge of Tomorrow will be in theaters on June 6, 2014.
