Claydon Reeves Areoboat

Claydon Reeves’ super-yacht is named Aeroboat, is not a random name,but a name chosen by its inspiration, the “sleek lines of the famous Spitfire fighter jet. They are only building  12 of these 7,700kg luxury super yachts, and will include an authentic air intake scoop, aircraft inspired switchgear , the shock-mounted forward seats, a nod to the Spitfire’s own landing gear.

Each of the 12 Aeroboats scheduled for production will be equipped with a reconditioned, fuel-injected Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 with “documented provenance”, detuned to around 1,100bhp and allowing for a potential speed of between 75 and 95 knots (about 86mph to 110mph)

The Areoboat is all cutting-edge,and elegance. Built using Kevlar, carbon fiber and lightweight wood veneers, can accommodate between four to six passengers and each vessel is configured to the individual’s needs.
