Baume & Mercier has been producing some pretty beautiful watches as of late and their new Clifton Dual Time is just one more great example of that. Elegant and sporty, the 43mm watch has a second time zone for travel and features an automatic movement with 42 hour power reserve.

Porsche blends the best of both worlds with their newest release: the 918 Spyder Hybrid. Where many sportscars lack in sustainability, the Spyder Hybrid boasts both a 127hp electric motor on its front axle and a 154hp hybrid module on its rear axle. These features contribute to a laughably powerful combination of 887hp, for which the 918 Spyder Hybrid can thank its blistering 211mph top speed. Drivers can toggle between pure electric, V8, and hybrid modes, offering versatility for varying environments. Look for the 918 Spyder Hybrid to hit the U.S. in early 2014.

Mercede’s grandest four-door gets a big update with a brand new S-Class for the 2014 model year. New to the S-Class is a pair of 12.3 screens that display the instrument cluster and infotainment, an interior dripping in LEDs (300 to be exact), and they’ve even created an LED brake light system that dims at night so its not beaming a beacon of red light into the driver behind you. Other bleeding edge features include “Magic Body Control” that uses stereo cameras to read the road and adjust the suspension accordingly, a comprehensive front and rear seat massage system, an “Air Balance” package that filters the air pumps your choice of five scents into the cabin, and improved versions of the company’s Driver Assist programs. The car will launch this fall with a V8-powered, 449 hp S550 model and a S550 4Matic to follow in the months after.
Blackberry is not trying to go out and lose popularity this year with the unveiling of their new Q5 device. More details include: The phone features a 3.1-inch touchscreen and a classic QWERTY keyboard. It comes with the keyboard available in several different colors, including red, black, white and pink. Specs and pricing for the Q5 were not revealed. Any LIFERS in the market for a new Blackberry? As of now there are no plans to release the Q5 in the US, but come this summer it will be available in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

BBM is breaking out of its walled garden. Starting this summer, users running iOS 6 , Android ICS ,or higher will be able to download the BBM app for free and join in the messaging experience so highly curated by BlackBerry. Initially, however, only the messaging and group features will be accessible for outside users, but throughout the year, the company hopes to add BBM voice, BBM channels, screen sharing and video capabilities. You’ll have to hold tight for a more specific launch date, as Heins didn’t announce any concrete timing.

For retailer End, the launch of End Hunting Co. provided a platform for more mature offerings that situate themselves quite nicely within the diverse range of offerings from the Newcastle menswear purveyor. Aligning with none other than Tricker’s, the highly respected shoemaker creates a pack of boots under the theme of “Color Card Pack.” As the name implies, the industry standard color reference is applied over three styles, each with a traditional coloured upper and a bright pop-color for the sole. Each boot (based on the Stow model) also includes Dainite Commando soles and Cavalier leather uppers.
