Here’s another quick peek at The Wolverine, starring Hugh Jackman. The X-Men spinoff is directed by James Mangold and depicts Logan’s travels to Japan following the events of X-Men: The Last Stand, the third and final film in the original X-Men live action movie franchise. The film also stars veteran Japanese actor Hiroyuki Sanada as Yakuza crime boss Shingen Yashida, model/actress Tao Okamoto as his daughter, and Will Yun Lee as Silver Samurai. The Silver Samurai represents Yashida’s illegitimate son and a mutant with the power to charge his katana with energy and cut through almost anything. The film is scheduled for international release on July 24, and will hit American theaters on July 26.
